| A referral from Greg to design his house in North Oaks led to a string of further referrals which highlighted the advantages of being a BNI member. Greg met and recommended Peter A to me, who in turn recommended his neighbour Peter B. Peter B recommended his colleague Aiden, who recommended his neighbour. The initial referral from Greg led to five confirmed commissions and in each instance, I was able to recommend various other professionals from BNI to assist with design and construction. The total value of this referral was approx R4.5 M. Givers Gain! I’m pleased to report that a happy and satisfied Greg will be moving into his custom designed home in the near future.
