Sandy Hotz, an Estate Agent with the largest International Property Group, Remax, has worked in the Kenilworth area for some 23 years. She has sold homes across, next to and behind Karen’s home, but has not had direct dealings with Karen. Karen decided her home was not looking well for her and called Sandy in for a valuation with a view to sell.
Sandy mentioned that the lovely Victorian Townhouse would be difficult to replace for Karen, and suggested that the architect should be called in. Mike Wolters, a founding member together with Sandy, was consulted. He made some changes, called in the builder, plumber, electrician…. and Karen is happy – in the process was introduced to the accountant and the insurance broker – Sandy may not have made a sale, but has a happy client and many happy BNI members.
