Evaluation forms an important part of plotting your progress. It is important to remember that although we’re all networking to grow our business that there is also intangible personal growth that occurs that cannot be plotted on a chart or indicated on a table.
BNI also nurtures self-confidence, increases communication skills and grows friendships. Whenever you focus on Rands and cents, don’t loose sight of the big picture: you don’t just invest money in BNI for the sake of your business; you invest time, effort and attitude in BNI for the sake of yourself. The more you give, the more you’ll gain.
